Delivery & Return Policy

Once you have selected and paid for your martial arts goods or martial arts accessories we will ensure your products are shipped promptly.

All our orders can be shipped using either Express (trackable) satchels or registered parcel post, whichever you would prefer. We use a reliable postage service which ensures your martial arts goods get to you in a timely manner.

Freight charges are payable by the buyer. Where possible we will use Australia Post satchels for regular and express deliveries as they are the most economical postage method.

Some larger items may be subject to Australia Post’s ‘cubing’ rules meaning that your item may be priced based on its size and not weight. This is particularly important when ordering larger martial arts accessories such as kick shields and bags.

If your products are not in stock at the time of order we will inform you of any delays and the expected arrival date.

Martial arts goods return policy


If you are unhappy with the quality of your item when it arrives then we will offer to replace your item or, if we are unable to do so due to stock restrictions, refund the original price. All returns must be raised within (10) ten days of your product purchase.

New martial arts goods (not washed, worn, altered or soiled) that are suitable for resale may be returned for exchange/refund within (10) ten days of purchase.

We do not accept the return of martial arts accessories or goods which are unsuitable for resale, such as:


  •  Items that have been worn

  •  Items that have been washed

  •  Items that have been altered or soiled


How to go about returning your martial arts accessories/goods?


To return a product, you must first contact us. Please have your invoice number to hand. We will then issue you with Retuned Item Number (RIN).

Please include your RIN along with the reason for returning your martial arts goods on a note when you return the product. Items returned without a RIN could delay the exchange or refund process.

All returned items must arrive in their original packaging and be returned to us prepaid. A replacement will only be sent to you or a refund issued after the item has been received by Pacific Sports- Martial Arts Goods.

Faulty martial arts goods

Any faulty or damaged items must be returned to us within (10) ten days of the original purchase date to be eligible for replacement. If an item cannot be replaced, a full refund will be offered.

Items that are not faulty can be returned within (7) seven days of receipt to be exchanged only, if no other goods are taken in exchange then a refund of the buying price of the item will be made.

Items can also be returned if the customer has received the wrong item due to the fault of Pacific Sports Martial Arts Goods.
