HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
You may place your order online, by signing up on our website or call us on 0415383635 and we can take your order over the phone.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
We accept Visacard and Mastercard, Paypal and bank deposits.
HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY/SHIPPING?
Cost of delivery or shipping depends on the weight of the item and delivery location. You will see the cost displayed as your order reaches the shopping cart. Our aim is to keep delivery as economical as possible for our buyer's so larger orders may be sent via courier rather than Aust Post. You will be advised and receive tracking numbers.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
All goods must be paid in full before despatch and will be shipped either the same day or the next business day. If any items are out of stock, customers will be notified within 1 working day via email or phone. Buyers in Australia should receive their order within 7 business days. Overseas orders will take extra time depending on location and will be advised the approximate time frame when the order is processed.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Most orders automatically receive a tracking number. If you don’t receive it you can contact us.
CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASE IF I AM UNHAPPY OR IF IT IS THE WRONG SIZE?
Yes, you can. If your item is the wrong size, call Margaret on 0415383635 to arrange an exchange, (provided the item is in the same condition as when received).
RETURNS: If you are not happy with your purchase and want to return it for a refund it must be in as new condition and the return process must be started within 12 days of original purchase. You will be refunded the original buying price. Postage is not refundable. Buyers are required to contact us via email: email@example.com to gain approval for the return. Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PURCHASE IS FAULTY?
If your purchase is faulty you can choose to be refunded or receive an exchange.
DO YOU ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
Yes, we accept orders from all over the world. International buyers are requested to pay via Telegraphic Transfer.
CAN I COME TO YOUR SHOP TO PURCHASE MY GOODS IF I AM A RETAIL CUSTOMER?
Our store is online only so unfortunately, we do not have a retail outlet. Orders may be made online, or via email or phone. If you would like advice we are happy to help any way we can.
CAN I PICK UP THE PRODUCT IF IT IS NEARBY SO I CAN HAVE IT SOONER?
Pick up is possible by arrangement only. Call or email the office to organize it.

I HAVE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD
